The American Numismatic Affiliation (ANA) is accepting submissions for the 2025 Barbara J. Gregory Excellent Membership Publications competitors. Awards can be offered in 4 classes: native, regional, specialty, and digital. The competition is open to golf equipment that issued newsletters or journals frequently throughout 2024, are present with their ANA dues, and do not need an elected ANA officer or worker as editor or assistant editor.
Every publication might enter just one class. If a publication qualifies for multiple class, resembling native and digital, the submitter might select beneath which class to enter.
Submissions for all classes should embody simply three samples of publications from 2024 and might be both mailed or emailed. Additionally required are the class of submission (native, regional, specialty, or digital); the editor’s title; and the title, tackle, telephone quantity, and electronic mail tackle of the submitter.
Accomplished submissions should be postmarked or emailed no later than April 1.
ANA Membership Publications Competitors: Judging Standards
Publications are rated on a scale of 1 to five (1 being poor, 5 being glorious) within the following areas: Common look/attraction; consistency of format; neatness/readability; presentation of club-related information; presentation of numismatic/scholarly info; aptness/high quality of illustrations; and originality/creativity. The scale of the membership and the quantity of funds expended are usually not a think about judging.
